A Family Farm
Meet us

Dimitri Tsitos, founder & head agronomist
Dimitri Tsitos founded MaziFarm on the island of Evia, Greece, in 2017, inspired by syntropic agriculture and driven by a vision to explore how complex agroforestry systems could thrive in the Mediterranean. What began as a personal learning journey became a living laboratory, where every success—and especially every challenge—has shaped his understanding of regenerative farming.
The knowledge gained through MaziFarm set Dimitri on a journey that led to the founding of Agrosystemic, a consultancy that helps farmers, supply chains, and investment funds transition large-scale Mediterranean tree crop systems towards regenerative agriculture.
MaziFarm remains a living lab of one of the oldest complex agroforestry systems in the Mediterranean.
